Application of Fire-resistant Anchoring Components
Fire-resistant anchoring components are mainly used for integral linings, but they can also be used for fire-resistant brick linings. Using different anchoring components helps resist mechanical impacts, such as Y-shaped fire-resistant anchoring components and V-shaped fire-resistant anchoring components. Stainless steel anchoring components are usually used to support or reinforce thin linings, including those of chimneys, spray guns, DH and RH vacuum degassing devices, rotary kiln outlets, etc.
The working temperature of ceramic anchoring products exceeds 1200℃ and they have a long service life. They can also resist chemical erosion. Compared with metal anchor bolts, ceramic fiber anchor bolts have a larger contact area with refractory materials. Therefore, they can be used in thick linings. The Y-shaped anchor bolt is a popular product.
